Anubhav Gupta hails from a business family in Northern India and currently resides near Frankfurt. He is the founder and chairman of the G Capital group.
He grew up around Chandigarh, a city planned by the famous French Renaissance architect Le Corbusier. The family has been active in real estate, rice processing factories, engine manufacturing since 1901. Anubhav began his career in furthering the philanthropic activities for the family in 2011 by building educational institutions. JK Memorial Trust was formed dedicated to promoting quality education in the region. Currently, the trust owns and manages 2 colleges with over 600 students. He studied engineering at Thapar University, Patiala, India and ventured into Private Equity and Venture Capital.
Before moving to Europe, Anubhav led various projects which included building a factory, development of a land project into a residential and commercial zone and a number of private equity deals primarily doing pre-series A rounds.
In Frankfurt, he co-founded a GmbH with a family office and engaged in restructuring the leveraged capital flow of the real estate portfolio of the constellation. Anubhav specializes in Capital Structuring, Lux structures, and M&A. He is now full time devoted to taking forward the G Capital Group both in Frankfurt and New York by installing new funding facilities for the group’s projects.
For the past decade, Kasper has been facilitating global real estate transactions.
Since joining G-Capital Group, Kasper has utilised his wide range of experience and vast network in order to drive the growth of the business. As Vice President of Expansion, his key functions are capital raising and building and fostering partnerships.
Kasper is the Founder and Chairman of BTS Property Group, one of Thailand’s leading real estate investment companies for foreign investors. In conjunction with BTS Property Group, he is also Co-founder of BKC Consultants, a wealth and fund management firm based in Singapore with a focus on real estate and renewable energy. Through his active involvement as SEA’s director for Kylla Group, a global fund management and business structuring company, Kasper draws upon his knowledge and experience of SEA’s market to establish start ups traversing numerous industries. By utilising his intimate knowledge and grasp of the commercial industry, he has built a reputable presence within Asia and Europe as an industrious and bold entrepreneur with extensive experience.
Kasper has established himself as a well-known individual with an uncanny ability to identify market opportunities, and has an extraordinary entrepreneurial mindset.
Kasper is of Dutch descent, multi-lingual, and with a degree in International Business/Management.
As her Papa owned his own construction company working in infrastructure in Asia, Easter was familiar with all the names of heavy equipment construction machinery before she ever played with dolls. However, her appeal in construction and development only manifested when she began working in the fund industry.
Easter’s interest in Real Estate began when she started working for a builder. From there, she went into brokerage and eventually landed at an American Investment Management. Here is where she was introduced to the fund industry working as an investor relations officer. As their IRO for their PERE Fund specializing in Health Care Real Estate, her role was to capital raise with global institutional investors. She became a partner for a boutique alternative investment firm in Luxembourg. Easter will be G Capital’s business developer seeking optimal infrastructure projects globally. Being a true ex-pat child, and having worked many years as an integration specialist enables Easter to easily deal with various nationalities and their cultural differences, thus, making her an asset to our team.
Joffrey has close to 10 years of experience in Finance. He started his career as a hedge fund analyst at Edmond de Rothschild in Luxembourg, before joining a leading fund distributor in Europe where he was overseeing the International Business Development activity and raised USD 1bn+ through Institutions and Family Offices. Joffrey joined Geocom Capital as a Partner in 2019. He graduated with a Bsc in Finance from EDHEC Business School and an Ms in International Finance at Reims Management School.
Since the last 8 years, Felix has been active in real estate development and investment across Europe and the United States. He is Senior Vice President of Transactions at G Capital Group with a focus on investment opportunities, development financing, and strategic relationships.
As partner and developer at the Kindermann Gruppe, a family-owned real estate business, Felix has steered the relevant real estate development processes covering location analysis, land acquisition, utilization concepts, lease negotiations and the financing of multiple hotels and residential projects in Germany, The Netherlands, and The United States. With his international experience in real estate development and parallel to his family business, Felix has worked with Quarters Co-Living, the world’s largest Co-Living provider, as Director of Expansion to foster the business’s growth in several European markets.
Felix has started his career at Deloitte Real Estate, where he has worked on various location strategy projects in Europe through which he has learned the fundamental aspects of real estate location analysis, site selection, and transactions.
His involvement in various real estate companies in different countries has enabled Felix to establish an extensive international network in the real estate industry, with public authorities, and in private banking.
During his 40 years lasting career, Roland was employed by major construction Companies, like Hochtief, Wiemer & Trachte and ARW Rostamani. In this period he became responsible for International Operations in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He was General Manager in Dubai / Abu Dhabi while construction booms in this region.
Through his knowledge and experience development, management and construction of infrastructure, commercial, hotels, and residential projects were brought forward.
Since 2012, Roland successfully started his own Consultancy Business, 2015 together with Jörg Mangels. Their company is focused on project and claim management, technical and financial controlling as well as quality control.
Roland established himself as one of the well-known individuals in the construction market. He is of German origin, bilingual and holds a degree as Dipl.- Ing. Bau-Wesen.
Jörg has been active in the construction business for the last two decades and joined various projects in different countries. Since 2015 he is a partner of the construction management consultancy WINKEL +MANGELS. The company is focused on project and claim management, technical and financial controlling as well as quality control.
Due to his range of knowledge of technical aspects as well as construction management in combination with aspects regarding costs, schedule requirements and legal constraints he successfully consults both building owner and construction companies.
In May 2019, he was certified by the Chamber of Engineers Construction NRW as a publicly appointed and sworn expert for construction price determination and ac-counting in building construction and civil engineering as well as construction process disturbances.
Jörg holds a degree as Dipl.-Ing. in civil engineering, an M.Sc. in Real Estate Management + Construction Project Management as well as a doctor’s degree in civil engineering. Due to his international experience, he is of course bi-lingual.
Until spring 2019, Tobias's last position was that of Head of Building Management at Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetriebe NRW. The tasks of his interdisciplinary department included the transfer of technically demanding state properties into regular operation as well as the maintenance of existing properties (prisons, court centers, etc.).
He began his career in the real estate industry in 2010 with a dual course of studies in business administration/facility management. Further, he completed a master's degree in Real Estate Management + Construction Project Management at the University of Wuppertal.
Since 2019 Tobias has been supporting the consulting office for construction management WINKEL + MANGELS in the fields of project management and controlling.
While studying in Essen Dirk began his career as an architect. After completing his studies as a graduate engineer in architecture, he worked in various renowned architectural offices operating nationwide. His field of activity was mainly building supervision.
After a few years in the world of construction, he switched to the field of areal and real estate development and developed former transport infrastructure areas into attractive residential and commercial areas. In the property management of a large national transport company, he was involved in the strategic procurement and development of office space and concepts. During this time he completed postgraduate studies as Corporate Real Estate Manager at the European Business School.
Afterward, he moved to an internationally operating facilities management company. There he was involved in various projects to further develop the property and facilities management of a major national bank.
For several years he has been working independently as a service provider for real estate owners and engineering offices in the fields of consulting, valuation and project management. Dirk's profound knowledge and experience in the construction and real estate world help clients to solve their problems and serve to optimize the creation of value in construction and property management. Dirk is a member of the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Architects.
